At Tala, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
